Items Acceptable for Recycling

Each of the acceptable types of recycled items should be placed in a separate container in order to be collected at your regular pickup site. The City has helped out this program by supplying a total of two recycling bins (one free, one for $1.00). But residents are responsible for obtaining the remaining containers necessary. Additional suggested containers are buckets, laundry baskets and cardboard boxes. Do not use plastic bags to place recycling items in because these bags are not recyclable.
